I declare that I wish to use SKILINE services and have read and understood the Privacy Statement, the General Terms & Conditions and the System Description.
I understand that my personal data (name, email address, date of birth, country of origin, postcode, and gender) shall be electronically stored and processed for the use of the SKILINE service.
I am aware that only my name, email address, date of birth, country of origin, postcode and gender is required, and all further information shall be given voluntarily.
ALTUROS is also obligated to disclose personal data when required to do so by way of legal provisions, a court order or upon request by official authorities. In the event of free use of SKILINE attractions (analysis of ski days, ski movie, speed check, photo point, etc.) and upon entering of the ticket number (e.g. skipass number) on your profile, logged data relating to your profile (skipass number, time, location and date of lift use, metres in altitude, kilometres of piste, lift rides, number of ski days, measured speeds, video, and image recording during use of attractions) shall be electronically stored and processed for the operation of the www.skiline.cc online platform and the SKILINE app.
I hereby consent to the aforementioned data being processed for the use of the SKILINE service as well as for marketing purposes and to the aforementioned data being disclosed to ALTUROS partners whose ticket number I have entered. I also consent to receive further information in the form of automated messages as well as marketing material from ALTUROS and/or ALTUROS partners whose ticket number I have entered.
I hereby confirm the accuracy of the personal details provided by myself. I am aware that I may withdraw my consent to receiving information emails and being named in rankings or video footage at any time by updating my preferences in the electronic system. I am also aware that I may end my participation in SKILINE services and withdraw my consent to the disclosure of my data to ALTUROS partners at any time by submitting a corresponding request at www.skiline.cc or by sending an email to support@skiline.cc. In this case, my data shall be deleted and no longer disclosed to ALTUROS partners whose ticket number I have entered. I am aware that my withdrawal does not affect the legality of any data processing completed following my consent up until the time of withdrawal.
